"This agency has been predatory throughout the time that I've been with them (now 3 years). The first time I got a premium increase was several years ago, with zero explanation. When I asked about it, the answer was only "inflation"... today I got a new premium increase for January- 68% percent. Unfreakingreal. No explanation was given on the bill, only a previous premium and the increased premium. When I reached out, the explanation was that we had a small accident in January 2025 that was not our fault but was judged against us because of the position of our car. The typical premium increase for an incident is 10%. This was a very minor fender bender (honestly even less than that ) which had zero injuries and very minor payout. To increase my premium by nearly 70% because of that is criminal. They are absolutely excessive and predatory in their business model."
